Today is the day that I have realized that it has to stop. I must lose weight and be healthy. So here I am, slowly getting better. I have 9 months to lose 50 pounds, and it must happen.
Today I threw out the junk food and made a plan. Today I ran 2 miles, tomorrow I will run three. I had 1 sweet potato for breakfast and a grapefruit for lunch. I will get there, one way or another!
