Recipe: Baked Barbeque Chicken Nuggets

Baked Barbeque Chicken Nuggets
Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup honey

Prep:
Pour AVC into small saucepan and whisk in garlic, onion, ginger and chili powders. Bring to a boil and add remaining ingredients. Lower heat and allow to bubble and thicken.

Nuggets:
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 large chicken breasts, cut into nugget sized pieces

Prep:

Heat oven to 425. In large plastic bag shake together dry ingredients and add chicken pieces 1 or 2 at a time to coat. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray (or drizzle with olive oil) and bake for about 15 minutes. Pull out tray, spoon barbeque glaze onto each piece and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve with additional glaze on the side!
