Recipe: Hummus

                Hummus:

                Ingredients:
                1 can garbanzo beans
                1 8oz can tomato paste
                1 small jar of sundried tomatoes (yes, the whole jar)
                2 tbs chili powder
                1 tbs lime juice
                6 cloves garlic
                2 red bell peppers
                1 small onion or 1 half of a large onion
                1 tbs taco seasoning
                Salt & pepper to taste

Prep:

Take all ingredients and blend together in a food processor, whala! Done! This is a fairly mild recipe, I've also added mustard and other vegetables to the recipe, it’s one of those great snacks that you can pull together from just about anything that you have as long as you have tomato paste, sundried tomatoes, and garbanzo beans.
